Our Structure

Healthy ministry depends on healthy leadership. Worship on the Water is served by pastors, elders, trustees, and overseers who provide spiritual guidance, accountability, stewardship, and care for the church.

1. Pastors
Our pastors lead the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. Together with the support pastors and staff, they serve the congregation, provide spiritual leadership, and help carry out the mission of Worship on the Water.

2. Elders
Our elders provide spiritual guidance, wisdom, and accountability. They support the pastors, help guard the church's spiritual health, and provide counsel on leadership, doctrine, and ministry.

3. Trustees
Our trustees provide oversight of the church’s finances and stewardship responsibilities. They help ensure resources are managed wisely and responsibly, supporting the church’s mission.

4. Overseers
Our overseers are trusted pastors and ministry leaders from outside Worship on the Water who provide spiritual accountability, counsel, and support to our lead pastors. They serve as an additional layer of wisdom and protection for the church and its leadership.
